The World Without Borders Russian Association for International Cooperation in Tourism (hereinafter referred to as the Association) was established in 2002 by the largest Russian travel companies at that time, which were engaged in receiving foreign tourists in Russia and also had a significant share in sending Russian tourists abroad.
